I became aware of Indigo and Crystal children just recently but your comment about Indigo children being known forever as the "great Shift" makes perfect sense. After reading the Ruth Montgomery books, I have always been concerned about the shift of the earth and if I understanding you correctly, you are saying that the shift isn't so much of a destructive nature as an awakening to a "new wordl" which at present time is beyond our understanding.
